HIMEL bale shredder RSM for quickly breaking up hay and straw bales. The RSM is suitable for chopping or bedding rectangular and round bales up to a diameter of approx. 1.80 metres. Drive via cardan shaft (540 min-1) . High throwing performance up to 10 m (max. 15 m). Control of the hydraulic drives via tractor hydraulics; infinitely variable adjustment of the feed chain conveyor; the hydraulic loading flap (rear) and the hydraulic discharge opening. Precise metering via infinitely variable speed adjustment of the scraper floor. Stable gearbox with 2 speeds - 270 min-1 and 540 min-1
The powerful straw mill with PTO or electric motor is particularly well suited for the larger operation. The straw mill sucks the ground material from the ground and processed it in a large-sized milling space to short straw. The blow goes straight up and reaches a wind range of up to 20 m. Depending on the screening performance and the screen size, a throughput capacity of up to 2.5 t / h can be achieved. The bale breaker mills the bale through a cutting rotor. Two separately driven chain scraper floors rotate the bale and ensure even material removal. The stationary bale breaker breaks up round or square bales in such a way that the straw is fed to one or two straw mills, depending on the model. With the stationary straw mill unit, you can do in a single pass what previously had to be done manually in several steps. Everything is compact in one unit, without compromising the quality of the opened straw. Just as you know it from the HIMEL straw mill. The bale breaker can be converted into a bale mill with a sieve basket, giving the broken straw a predefined length. On request, the stationary bale shredder can be extended with a motorised feed table. It is driven at the touch of a button, by remote control or automatically via a light barrier. Rotary vane blowers are the power packs of the Z series with a rotary valve and are used where the highest conveying capacities are required. A consistently practical design allows a wide range of applications. Mounted on the side, the rotary feeder with its low, rotating inlet hopper fits under any tipper.
HIMEL Suction pressure blowers are true all-rounders and combine two devices in one. You can empty and fill trucks, silos, flat stores and containers without physical effort and without additional units. The strong but gentle air flow guarantees high hourly outputs when conveying grain, pulses and seeds. It ensures thorough residue emptying, even for seed grain. It can be easily converted to a pressure blower with twice the output in just a few steps and a conversion kit.

HIMEL storage systems give bad weather and pests - whether mould, insects or mice - no chance !
They make optimal use of the space and maintain the quality of the grain or flour over long periods of time due to their design and the materials used. In order to be able to work even faster and more effectively, HIMEL supplements these systems with the powerful screw conveyors, grain blowers, cleaners, redlers and elevators with capacities of up to 250 to/h.
HIMEL outdoor silos combine, as in all HIMEL products, highest quality and best functionality. HIMEL external silos are available in all standard sizes, from 5 - 15000 tonnes, to ensure that you always find the ideal solution for your business. The highest steel quality (galvanised) gives our external silos the necessary stability and long service life.
HIMEL GRP mixed feed silos. are used for outdoor mixed feed storage. They are completely welded at the hopper transition and at the lid and are thus absolutely watertight. A HIMEL GRP mixed feed silo is not made from two half shells as is usually the case, but is manufactured in one piece after removal from the mould.

Horizontal mixer wagons HX & H feed mixer wagons. Increasingly large livestock populations require mechanisation with a HIMEL feed mixer wagon. Low power requirement - smooth-running. Optimal, homogeneous mixtures (TMR). No mixing of the feed thanks to the HIMEL agitator blade cutting system - precise mixing (DLG-tested). Vertical mixer wagons. Thanks to the large feed opening, the HIMEL feed mixer wagon V & VV can be conveniently fed from above with large front loaders or grapple systems. The mixing shaft is driven via the PTO shaft. An angular gearbox with large bearings transmits the power to the mixing auger and gives it the necessary grip, no matter how large the bales are.
HIMEL Pelletising systems
The pelletising system is designed for processing dry stalk materials of all kinds, such as cereal straw, rapeseed straw, hay, miscanthus or similar products. The system works completely independently.
All necessary production steps from bale breaking to grinding, conditioning, pelletising and packaging are integrated.
All installations are carried out from a single source. This means that the system is immediately ready for operation after an intensive briefing.
Stationary pelletising Thanks to the modular design of the pelletising system, our specialists can develop the optimum solution for your needs. With a strong and constant hourly output, stationary pelletising is the best choice for customers who value continuous operation with low maintenance costs.
Round or square bales can be used as starting material. The bales are picked up and broken up by the bale breaker. A frequency-controlled screw conveyor feeds the pelletiser, pellet press with flat dies. The pellets produced are screened, cooled and conveyed further. The easy-to-operate machine controls are located on the control cabinet;
Bale shredder for round and square bales with 2 scraper floors, a cutting roller and sieve. Feed table for new bales with a length of 2.9 or 5.8 metres. The discharge system with 2 augers feeds a constant quantity of material to the grinder. The bonnet over the bale shredder minimises dust formation. The gravity separator with 5 strong magnets provides additional protection for the grinder. All necessary brackets and pipe parts included. Tank for straw flour with a density of max. 50 kg/m³, with a volume of approx. 8 m³, with agitator to prevent bridging. Fill level monitoring via rotary paddle indicator. Filter bonnet on the lid to compensate for the residual air pressure from the grinding process. Connection to filter unit, manhole and nozzle.
